Main functions of the job

Sales role
» To provide online counselling and advice to students enquiring about Bellerbys and International Study Centre (ISC)
» courses
» To sell Bellerbys and ISC courses to students who contact us directly via email, webforms, LivePerson, fax, phone or walk-ins, into agreed Bellerbys and ISC programmes/centres
» To use the student’s own language where possible and appropriate
» To identify up-selling opportunities and convert into sales

Qualifications:
» A good university or HND degree including personal and professional attributes such as:
» Fluency in English
» Excellent communication skills
» Customer-focused, service-oriented approach to sales
» Sales-driven, motivated, enthusiastic manner
» Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
» Highly IT literate
» Fast, accurate typing skills
» Comfortable in high-pressure sales environment
» Keen to meet and exceed targets

Relevant experience in this field will be a definite advantage.
